Prime Light are a UK company specialising in the sale and distribution of a wide range of high quality electrical components to the lighting and electrical industry. We act as the exclusive UK representative and distributor for a number of manufacturers, in most cases market leaders.
Over the past fifteen years, Prime Light has acquired a reputation for excellence of service which, coupled with a competitve pricing policy, has ensured that we now supply virtually every lighting manufacturer in the UK, as well as many distributors and electrical wholesalers.
Our drive to improve performance to customers and to continually source new and innovative products has recently seen us add an additional range of products to our already broad portfolio. As a result of this we are now supplying many major commercial catering equipment, domestic appliance, scentific and medical instrument manufacturers with a variety of components including switches, signal lights, cord sets and wiring harnesses.

Established over 130 years ago, BJB is the largest manufacturer of lampholders in the world. Their comprehensive range covers all lamp types including fluorescent, halogen, discharge and Edison. Additionally they produce the widest range of oven lamps available, along with pushwire terminal blocks and capacitor connectors.
The Ensto group produce a vast range of electrical connectors and accessories for many industry sectors. At Prime Light we stock their 2 to 6 pole plug and socket connector systems. The range also includes T-connectors, distribution blocks and pre-fabricated leads for quick and easy electrical connection and for modular wiring applications.
ELT are one of the most respected manufacturers of lighting ballasts in Europe. They produce a wide range of high frequency electronic, linear and compact fluorescent ballasts. Their technical department is constantly developing and expanding this product range.
With over 50 years experience, Elkamet are specialist manufacturers of plastic profiles and lighting systems using rotational, blow moulding and extrusion processes with a variety of raw materials including PMMA, PC and PE. Their technical expertise allows them to produce bespoke item to customer specifications.
